The 4mm tungsten bead helps it get down to the fish and can provide an irresistible jigging action when fished on floating line. Tied on size 8 hooks for a smaller profile and faster sink, these flies excel when stripped in deep clear frog water and in walking speed runs or swung with light twitches in faster water.
